Everything written on this site describes how we work and how we think about technical problems in general. It is not advice for your situation, and it is not legal, security, financial or regulatory advice.

Do not act on a page here as though it were a recommendation about your own system. If you want a view on your situation, write to us and we will answer about your situation.

We keep this site up as reliably as we reasonably can, but we do not promise it will be available without interruption. We may change, move or remove pages, and we may take the site down for maintenance without notice.

We also do not promise that the site is free of errors. If you find one, tell us and we will fix it.

Work we carry out for a client is a different matter. Liability for that work is set by the signed agreement covering it, not by this page.

Reading this site, sending an enquiry or having a call with us does not create a contract for work. Any engagement starts with a separate written agreement signed by both sides, which sets the scope, the stages, the fees and the terms that apply to the work.

If that agreement and this page ever disagree about the work, the signed agreement governs.

These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Any dispute about them or about your use of this site goes to the courts of Hong Kong.
